Avoid streaming when song is already downloaded

Hello, I don’t know if this has been already requested or not but I think it’s something that should really be considered. 

I have downloaded my main playlists. I stay in online mode because sometimes I want to check a new song or listen to a podcast. However, it streams EVERYTHING especially the songs that technically are available in my storage. Conclusion I have 100GB usage in one month from Deezer alone. 

Could you please implement a condition: “if the song is available in the storage, play it locally instead of streaming” 

It’s ridiculous having to manually put the app in offline mode just for this type of stuff.
