favourite tracks are different across devices

when i add tracks to my favourites list on my computer (in the browser or on the windows desktop app), they don’t show up in that position on my android phone. the screenshots below are taken at the same time, the playlist, in both cases, is sorted to show recent additions on top. as you can see, the songs by claud and night tapes are missing on my phone even though i’ve added them in between “poligon” and “dirty vibe” on my computer. i have added the songs hours ago. all devices have an internet connection. my favourites list looks the same across browser and desktop app but different on my phone.

i have noticed that this only happens with tracks which had been added to the favourites before but which i removed, then readded. still: the playlists should be in sync across devices. this is very annoying.

Same issue and it’s making me nuts. In my case it’s favorites added on my PC but not showing up on my iPad. I tried signing out and in on iPad and there was no change. Then I tried playing the track from my PC, pausing it and continuing playback from the iPad. The actual song playback synced across the devices no problem, but it didn‘t trigger any recognition of it belonging to my favourites. 

I‘m testing out alternatives for Spotify and while Deezer doesn’t have a 100% of my tracks, it seemed to be the best replacement for generating playlists based on my mood or taste— you know… so I can discover new music to add to my favourites. So this behaviour is annoying enough to be a deal breaker.

Just checked my iPhone app before posting and it has the same problem. It mirrors what I see in the app on iPad but looks different from what I see on the desktop app

So to sum up browser and desktop app on PC are as expected. iPad and iPhone are not updating with the exception of one track and I think that’s because I added it to favourites on both sides before I realized the issue.

Same exact issue here. Favorites added through PC or Android app only shows in those respective app, and are not shared between them. It is a very weird behaviour for an app that is linked to a specific account.

My wife is also having the same problem on her account.

Also, when listening to music from one device (my PC for exemple), the app on my phone doesn’t seem to be aware of what is currently being played.

I’m also trying to find an alternative to Spotify but the more I use Deezer, the less I like it.
