It would be neat if Deezer had Discord rich presence so it would display the current playing track, album art, artist name, how long into the track the user is and a link to the track.

Something like Spotify added recently.

I don't understand why this feature is not yet present. It is not a feature to please the users but a strategic positioning compared to the competition.

Spotify is slowly taking over the gamer market ... it's a shame for the moment I'm staying on Deezer in the hope that something will happen soon.

This kind of demand has been constantly repeated on the networks for over a year :(

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I've spoken to other community managers and we decide to try Discord ourselves. Perhaps by doing this we can better highlight the idea to our devs in the meantime. Again, thank you for your input and contribution! :wink:

As someone who can’t have Spotify, but who uses Discord (and Deezer) on a daily basis, this integration is what I need! I am tired of Spotify friends from overseas flexing with their Spotify/Discord integration on me. Please make it happen! :pray_tone1:

But we've been waiting for 2 years already. Especially that it is not complicated to use the API of discord

I have posted some news/updates in another related idea about the missing Deezer API end point for currently playing songs. It is possible to see your Deezer listening on Discord if you scrobble it to Last.fm, because then a Discord bot can show it and more statistical Last.fm data in a channel on any server.

There also is a Chrome extension which shows your currently playing song in your Discord user profile, so you need to listen with the Deezer web player.

Here is an example from the Last.fm Discord server, my username is on the right with a popup while hovering it showing the current song, furthermore my Discord profile and the .fmbot command in the channel also showing my currently scrobbling song on Deezer:
