Spotify has links to Twitch directly and through bots, we need a way to link Deezer through these same methods! I use Nightbot and OBS and I'm desperate for a way to link Deezer to twitch! I'd love my viewers to be able to find out what song is playing through a simple command and even one day use song requests at the click of a button! Please implement this ASAP!

THIS WOULD BE AMAZING!

Honestly Deezer’s algorithm is SO much better than Spotify and I’m loathe to switch.

I currently use Monstercat to stream my music since they offer a license which lets you use their music in your streams legally. But there’s only so much beeboobop I can take.

I would happily pay 4 x the Deezer premium fee for such a feature along with Twitch integration.

to see how much spotify is giving to there customers, i feel left behind with deezer. and thats not the first time i consider to switch.
spotify is everywhere, does anyone know how i get all my deezerstuff to spotify?!

5 Years and still want this feature..

Hi, I don’t know if people are still looking for an answer to this but you can do it through LastFm app;

First create an account on https://www.last.fm/

Open Deezer in the browser or app (on your computer);Click on your profile picture with your account logged in;Click on “Account Settings”;Go to the end of the options, in “More”;Then click on “Sharing Preferences”;Find the Last.fm icon, usually the last one, and click on “Associate”;Inside the Last.fm website, redirected, click on “Yes, allow access”, or “Yes, allow access”.After you connected your Deezer account to the LastFM app, u can set a coomand on your channel with nightbot

$(lastfm username) where username is the username being looked up on Last.fm

Hey, I just answered this if you are still interested in the answer!

Hey, I just answered this if you are still interested in the answer!

So I have to go to a 3rd party site and use a 3rd party program that I actively moved away from. Not sure that’s an answer and more a work around.

I just helped a friend set this up and it work, ofc it’s an answer lol; I have to do the same with spotify. I just offered a solution and you refuse to implement it because “it’s too much work?”. Lol it literally takes 2 minutes.

Using Nightbot plus Last.fm plus Deezer to pick up your last scrobbled track on your Last.fm user profile and showing it on Twitch probably works, but it will not show the currently playing track, I guess, as the internal scrobbling option in Deezer does not offer this. It will only show the last scrobbled track, not the current one which will appear in your Last.fm recent tracks list when the next track has already started.

This also happens with Discord bots for Last.fm like .fmbot when using the bot command for showing the current track (.fm). There is one Chrome browser extension which can show the currently playing track on Deezer in your Discord user profile though:

Deezer Discord Integration - Chrome Web Store (google.com)

So I guess an external developer could maybe create something similar for Twitch.tv and Deezer, perhaps the Nightbot developer.

Stating things because they work for you or a few others is NOT an answer from a company. Nightbot is BAD, it did not do anything worth anything, hence why I said I moved away from it. At best it’s a horrible answer that let’s Deezer off the hook for taking all our money. Your “solution” barely works at best.

As for you  “I just offered a solution and you refuse to implement it because “it’s too much work?”. Lol it literally takes 2 minutes.” No. You have to download nightbot, create an account, set it up for everything else, then add. Some of us don’t want 14 bots in our channels for everything, and wish to be slightly more professional about things. If you don’t, that’s on you, but attacking others on a music forum hints at unprofessional so…

If Deezer doesn’t want to appeal to everyone that’s fine. There are other music platforms that pay the artists more and provide stuff for everyone.
