Continue playing on new device / sync play status

Spotify have good feature to sync play status on devices and continue current playing on new device: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Implemented-Ideas/Resume-playing-on-different-device/idi-p/15185
Will be good to see same feature in Deezer too.

Deezer app on the phones and tablets as remote control for web/desktop app and back & forth:D

Agree
It can be a helpfull feature, as I always do "listen in computer then go outside with my phone and continue listen on it instantly" when I use other music services before :D

Agree, too.
My family asked me for that option in Deezer

This is the only reason I was Hesitant to go back to Spotify as I could control what my computer was playing via iPod from the bathroom.

For me also one of the big misses.. the possibility to use your phone or tablet as a remote is a must have future in or mobile world!

I also see this as extremely important, dont see myself using another music service with a similar feature

would be great if I could stream my queue and actions from deezer on mobile to deezer on PC (native app or website).
for example, I am listening to a song on my mobile. I want to have a button that will "cast" my queue to a deezer app on the same wifi network and switch the playing from one device to the other.
then, while i'm in "casting" mode, if I hit pause on the app the music will stop on the other device - very much like youtube allows you to "talk" between devices.

I find it so frustrating that if I'm playing a song on my computer and grab my phone to leave (after stopping the music on my computer), I can't just continue playing the music on my phone. I have to search for the album or playlist again and find where I think I left off. The same thing happens if I leave and return hours later on the same device. The only other solution is to refresh the recently played stuff (which seems a bit buggy, honestly), and find the appropriate song there.

This is really, really annoying. I came from Rdio a couple of years ago, and although I've worked through most of the frustrations with my transition, this one (as well as the absurdly low limit of favorites) would have be the top issue.

Allow users to Sync songs from phone to Deezer account which then can be available offline

Hi guys, sorry bit late to the party. We are slowly working our way through all of your great ideas 😉

We have forwarded this feature to the relevant team and they have told us that we are working on this and hope to have this implemented 😉

Hi @asafd sorry for the late reaction to your post. I have moved it to this big one as it goes hand in hand 😉

Hey there. It would be a good idea to implement that thing where I listen for example the music on my phone, and I can click on available device and select my tablet for example, and the music continues there. Or my desktop app. The Spotify has this option, and it's awesome. They also have the option to select your AVR and play your music there.

Ana.

there's already an ongoing idea thread about this, so take a look above and make sure to vote for it to show your support 😉

By default, the Flow playlist gets emptied everytime the app closes. It would be great to have the option to resume where one has left off. This is particularly useful if one could use multiple custom Flows. - that are selectively synced between devices...

I am using my deezer account both on computer in work and on app when traveling home at the train.
Sometimes i am forgetting to exit deezer on browser before i am leaving work and then I can't use deezer on my way home since i am getting announcements that other device is using my deezer account.

A small button at least in app that stop the music in all the other device will be blessed.

So I think that having a history of what's been played is a really nice feature to have for many many reasons. If there was that feature, this would become less important as you can log onto your new device and immediately see what you played last, click and go... I put a feature request for a history. please look at it and vote.

Please can we have a 'Follow Me' option. When I switch from my Laptop (windows 10 desktop app) to my mobile (Android app), or other music device, I want to continue listening to the same song/playlist/queue/flow that I was originally listening to - not have to start from scratch again. This option should be available at profile level for Family accounts. Thank you.

Hi,

this idea is something that maybe could be incorporated in a future release:

Other streaming services (namely Spotify and Amazon) allow multi-device streaming. That means you can start listening to some music on device A and then go to device B and continue listening where you stopped on device A.

Spotify (not sure about Amazon) even let you kind of transfer your music from device A to B without interruption: Play a song on device A, touch a button and it will stop playing on device A and in the same moment start on device B. I think they call ist Spotify Connect.

I'd like to see something similar with Deezer.

On the Android platform, Deezer will "remember" where you left off when starting up the music app again. On iOS, Deezer will not start where you stopped playing music. It would be great if the Deezer iOS app would store this information. When someone is a huge music fan and listens to a lot of music daily, this feature of "remembering" where you left off is vital. Everything else with Deezer is excellent!

Also for multiplataform. Starting with one device and then continue in another one. I will also add a suggestion for a feature to control with your phone or pc other devices playing music. Like Spoty Connect

Hi @TLC_ONE and @walker please vote for this topic as it is the same idea.

There is another one for your second suggestion @walker : https://deezer-en.insided.com/got-an-idea-9/remote-control-music-on-another-device-1043
