The issue could be related to the recent Deezer SDK updates to comply with our latest security updates. Similar issues have occurred with Onkyo and Nuvo, but they were fixed in the meantime.
I have raised the question to our team, but I advise to contact Moon Mind Customer support and let them know about this issue.
If anything need it from their side they should contact internally Deezer Partnership team.
You can always try these standard procedures, but I can’t assure they will solve the issue:
- Clear cache/Data in the Moon Mind app
- Unlink Deezer service and link again
- Unpair all devices and pair them again
- Uninstall the Moon Mind app and after rebooting the phone, please install again
- last resource as you said, a factory reset
