Hi Deezer team, when will you plan to provide a plugin for Volumio? It is a famous solution well deployed by many people so it will be great to be able to use Deezer too on this solution. It will avoid that people move from Deezer to Spotify.

About 20 days ago, Deezer stopped working on Moon Mind Neo (this is ver. 1). Contact is very difficult. I restarted the entire Moon Mind, created a new Deezer account, logged out, logged back in to Deezer and nothing. Then the same information "Server error". I had to create an account on Tidal and in 2 months I'm going to the USA and I'll set up Qobuz, because it's not possible to set up an account in Poland. I think Deezer only focuses on French and Francophone users. I guess they don't care about other markets. French Atoll, Canadian Moon.

Hello @Hubert Lary thanks for your post and sorry to hear that.

The issue could be related to the recent Deezer SDK updates to comply with our latest security updates. Similar issues have occurred with Onkyo and Nuvo, but they were fixed in the meantime.

I have raised the question to our team, but I advise to contact Moon Mind Customer support and let them know about this issue. 

If anything need it from their side they should contact internally Deezer Partnership team.

You can always try these standard procedures, but I can’t assure they will solve the issue:

  • Clear cache/Data in the Moon Mind app 
  • Unlink Deezer service and link again
  • Unpair all devices and pair them again
  • Uninstall the Moon Mind app and after rebooting the phone, please install again
  • last resource as you said, a factory reset

If something comes up from our developers, I will inform you here.

I think the problem with Deezer on Moon Mind 1 is this.Moon Mind Neo ver. 1 is for 1 room only and Mind 2 is for multiple rooms. But Deezer has a subscription for 5 accounts. There was a mix-up during the upgrade SDK. Now if I have Deezer Family and several people, I can't play the player on Moon Mind 1 because it has 1 room. Therefore, there is no problem with Mind 2 and there should be no problem with a subscription for 1 person. Some developer connected Deezer Family to several rooms, and this requires Mind 2.
