Shazam link to Deezer not working on Android and iOS

Hi @Rudi , I can confirm too that it is happening on all songs. I also don't have a linked Spotify or apple music account though either.

In that case we must refer the issue to Shazam @Gigi2 @Nats @NicNic 

On our side everything should be fine, but we’re unable to amend anything on their app. Thanks for the understanding!

Thanks @Rudi will you be raising it to shazam and then be reporting any progress back to this thread? Or do we need to be joining a shazam group \ thread and raise it ourselves through that route?

This happens with all song I shazemmed.

My daughter has iphone 8+ she has the option deezer but sometimes the somg doesn't open in deezer when she clicks the button.

My other samsung phone a51 also doesn't work anymore...using deezer through shazam. There is no clicking option at all for deezer like my phone

It has to do with the Shazam version and their recent update.

Hey @NicNic both. We already raised it with them and will raise it again later in the year. In the meantime, I also suggest you do the same - they're a big company 

I did all the obove. It was not solved, I could not see the option, when I start shazam app, I could not see the option play in deezer.

I have an old phone huawei honor View 20,  I could see the option, but my  new Samsung galaxy s21 plus, this option is not available.

when I start shazam app, deezer option is not available in Samsung galaxy, also to mention I don't have accounts for apple music or Spotify app.
