Shazam link to Deezer not working on Android and iOS

I have a Samsung S20 and I am really annoyed that I am unable to open Deezer in Shazam on my new phone.  I do not have any accounts with Sportify, Apple Play, Google Play or whoever.  I have been using Shazam for many years and I am very happy with Shazam.  Song Catcher is not the same as Shazam. I have tried Song Catcher and I do not like it.  Is Apple trying to push everyone to use Apple Play or their other accounts?  I have been using my Samsung S9 without any issues for years.  Again, I only had issues with my new Samsung S20 when Apple purchased Shazam.  Your developers need to get their fingers out  and stop being lazy and do something about the problem all your users are having.  STOP blaming Apple and sort your programme or software out, so that your users can start opening up in Deezer AGAIN.  I have uninstalled Shazam several times but the problem to open in Deezer is still there. Your excuses have been going on for far too long.  ALL Shazam users wants to open in Deezer and enjoy  Shazam before Apple got greedy and purchased Shazam.  You say the problem is with Apple, then get Apple to put everything back to the way it was originally before they got greedy and screwed Shazam up. It is unfair that Samsung phone  users pay a fortune for their new phones and are  unable to use Shazam and not  to mention other expensive phones that other phone users purchased.I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY.  PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT ASAP.  NO MORE EXCUSES.

The link is back on my device. Shazam is now able to redirect me to Deezer app to play music. Only saw the changes on16 May 2021. 

The link is not back on my Samsung S20.  I am still unable to open in Deezer in Shazam.  Both  Shazam/Deezer need to sort this issue out between themselves ASAP.

We really appreciate your feedback and I'll be forwarding your comments to the teams involved. Please bear in mind, as I mentioned above, that Deezer doesn't develop Shazam so there's nothing further we can do to enable this.

Thank you for your feedback, the contents of which I have noted.

Do you or anyone know how I can communicate with Shazam?  I have searched Google but cannot find  any links to a  Shazam Community or Forum? I found Shazam for Apple now there’s surprise but nothing for Shazam Android. If anyone has communicated with Shazam for Androids, please send me their links. You help would be appreciated. 

If all fails, then I will have to sell my new Samsung S20 and continue with my Samsung S9.  I can’t understand why I can open Deezer in Shazam with my Samsung S9 without any issues.  I noticed all new Samsung S20s there’s issues with opening Deezer in Shazam.  I hope the developers can short this problem out asap.

Totally understand the frustration. And trust me, we'd love to have the option available too - that's why we'll keep the conversation with Apple on this open.

For either iOS or Android related questions, you should be able to reach Apple either way (via their support): https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT210331

You should just mentioned to them that you'd like Deezer to be supported by Shazam.

We don't know much about that yet but we'll keep tabs open with Apple about this later in the year - in the meantime I also suggest you to contact them because it adds volume to their app's feedback
