Shazam link to Deezer not working on Android and iOS

When I found a song on shazam I pressed the 3 dots and it would say open in deezer. Now the links no longer there. Any ideas? I'm in UK using Samsung s20

You're actually right @Not your Dream

Our devs have confirmed that, if you have an Apple Music account or have linked a Spotify account, the 'open in Deezer' link won't show up. That's due to the update Shazam released a while ago, so not on our side.

At this moment, Apple is unable to provide a better integration with Deezer, but we'll continue to engage with them to get this improve in the future :relaxed:

I've just done the same to uninstall restart my phone and reinstall but still no Deezer.

On checking the version in the Google play store, shows the last update to the app was 8th March 2021 v11.17.0-210305.

This should be fixed, we tested it and it works fine. Could you please uninstall the apps, restart your device and reinstall them to test this out?

Open Shazam, on a Shazamed song click “…” at the top right of the full-screen track view. Then click on “open in Deezer”, you should have your track playing in Deezer.

Hi, I did all of these steps, no thing's changed. This needs some serious attention.

Removed both apps, cleared the cache, restarted, reinstalled. Didn't work. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra

Same problem on iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Deleted shazam and Deezer, restarted the phone and reinstalled both apps. The problem is still there.

I think that’s the problem on shazam side, not yours. Looks like the problem begins after the latest huge update of shazam, which brings more integration with apple music service/spotify.
