Features & Feedback

I don’t know why but the changing colour in the song progress Bar is really annoying to me. Why can’t we  standardise the color? Why can’t we just stick to white color? An orange background with a purple progress bar? I just want a simple monochrome , minimalistic black and white player.

Hi! Wanted to shoot a quick question for a recent update on how much of a priority it would be to add functionality for Bit-Perfect lossless file streaming, whether that is using AISO, WASAPI, or some other form to do so. Thanks!

Here's my info, just for reference.Samsung Galaxy A73 5GAndroid 14One UI 6.1Deezer Premium 8.0.20.3 Out of all the music streaming apps I use on my phone, including Spotify and YouTube Music, Deezer's app is unequivocally the worst by far. In fact, out of all the various different apps I use for work, social media, etc., Deezer is still the worst. It is extremely laggy and resource intensive, and is also very heavy on RAM and CPU usage. It bugs out so frequently that I have to force stop the app at least once per day, otherwise the following features can break: can't pause/play/skip songs inside the app or using the notification; notification doesn't even show up; can't play or shuffle playlists; it will behave like the full song player isn't open even when it is, so it will just start pressing random buttons and playing random songs; widget won't load; it will refuse to add a song to a playlist or favourites; and more issues I can't even remember right now. Probably the most frustrati

Still haven’t received your month in music since March of 2024.

Suggest a favourite button for radio stations Currently have to search my favourite station each time

Can we update the live radio stations please add favorites for the live radio stations.

I'm pretty sure that was an option before, but I don't see it anymore. I prefer to sort my playlists by album, but as you can see in the image (it's in Portuguese, sorry) it doesn't appear.I think three options would be good.A-Z (track, album and artist). Also, I apologize if this was already asked before. First time using, kinda lost and didn't find anything. Hope this is the right place to ask lol.

Hi,  One of my reasons for choosing Deezer is Flow. It has been fantastic until a couple months ago when my wife wanted to listen to a New Country playlist. Disregarding the fact my library has over 500 liked tracks and artists of different styles of hard rock and metal, Flow started pushing country songs. I was initially able to trick it back to the styles I like, but lately it has been playing 5-6 country songs for each "usual" song and "Change styles" will often switch a Luke Combs song for... A Luke Combs song! It is completely broken, to a point I'm looking at other streaming services. Tech support has not been helpful, so this forum is my last hope. Thanks!

I’ve noticed that the Friday new releases page may have one or two artists I am interested in but the rest are either artists that have the same name as some I have listened to before (not enough to be favorites - but that’s another issue) or are artists I don’t know - and it’s always the same names!  See image below for an example from today: Sprints is an artist I would be interested in their new releases, 999 is an artist I have listened to occasionally and added their songs to a playlists etc, so that’s fine, I guess.  Every single other one after that are artists with the same name as artists I like, but are all the wrong artists!  Every single one!  The “new releases for you” on the main Deezer page is far more accurate (not perfect, but way better) - why are these two sections so different?  I rarely use Spotify, but when I look at their Friday new release list, it has some artists I have saved as favorites and others that at least sound like those bands.

Hi I’m asking Alexa to play my favorite tracks.  It says:Favourite tracks from Deezer…..I’m having trouble getting that right now. Please try again. WHat is the problem and how can it be fixed? It recognizes other requests like if i ask for a specific artist. Also, how do i disable Flow. THe music on it gives me a headache.

As in subject line, if you’ve reported hate speech content and received a response from Deezer, how long does it take for the platform to remove content that clearly violates its code against hate speech? The customer rep responded quickly, so no complaint there. Just curious how long it takes the wheels to turn. “The use of symbols of the Nazi Party and Nazi Germany (1933–1945) is currently subject to legal restrictions in a number of countries, such as Austria, Brazil, UK, Czech Republic, France, Germany,[1] Hungary, Israel, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and other countries.”

When I open a Deezer website link for a song, I should be able to open it with my Deezer app For a specific example, I'm on Android 13 using a Pixel 7. I have Deezer version 7.0.25.49. When I click on https://deezer.page.link/b8ywrXxhuLtnk47f6, it always opens in my default browser instead of the Deezer app. Even the “open in app" feature is greyed out. I think this is similar to But that request is for the desktop app. I cannot find any threads about this feature on the mobile app.

I noticed the shuffle button is missing

Why is auto play now not connecting automatically to my car when I turn my car on, it has stopped working since the update and I have to physically open the app for it to connect!!

Recently started Deezer. I've been playing with settings and music quality. It doesn't seem to change anything with the quality.  I am using it through my chord mojo and the bit rate is the lowest you can get. Similar to Spotify. When connected to amazon music, the neil young app or onkyo the rate jumps up. Feel a little disappointed at the moment.

New update available ! On page of artist now you can view the favorite songs of each artist : In your Favourites  On HOME page in Discover is playlist : 2024 songs you missed .09-Aug-2024

Can we use a "Passkey" to securely sign in (yet)?Just curious. It’s a becoming a wee bit tedious clicking on photos of fire hydrants or motorcycles frequently when I sign in into Dezzer.com on my laptop. Glad for the security though. Any ideas or news?

I mostly use Deezer via the Yamaha MusicCast app to play with lossless quality via my net streamer.  MusicCast has its issues from time to time as Airable sometimes seems to suffer from latency and hang ups either on its own servers, or at either the Deezer or Yamaha ends, but for the most part these are swiftly resolved and aside from the awful GUI, its a good service. Partly due to the awful GUI, and partly as i’m typically too busy focusing on my day job to want to spend more than 30s figuring out what to listen to next, my go to feature on a several times a day basis, was ‘recommended artists’ and ‘recommended albums’.  These would change weekly (usually just about enough time for me to have gotten through all of them) and appeared to be based on my recent listening preferences, which had the nice effect of allowing a certain degree of natural exploration as when an artist i wouldn't typically listen to was recommended and i’d had their tracks on a couple of times through the week,

Is there a quick and easy way of searching my personal playlists for a particular track? In particular, I’ve created 10 personal playlists for my gym workouts and I want to ensure that I haven’t doubled up with some of the tracks. In other words, I want to confirm that I haven’t accidentally included a particular track in more than one playlist. Is there a quick and easy way of doing this? If not, is there some kind of workaround?

Any one else having issues with SongCatcher in iOS? I use this app frequently, but lately I notice it is glitchy. I need to restart the Deezer app every time I use this feature...I don’t remember when this started. It will “find” one song, but after that I only get the “try again” unless I restart Deezer. As well, often the song will not play from SongCatcher, I instead have to search the requested tune in the Deezer app.

Could you add a scale of text and media buttons on the main screen of the player to android apps.Your player is used in car head units based on Android and the screen there is often very large,I have 15 inches with a resolution of 2k. Therefore, the text looks very small. Also, the screen in the car is further away than the tablet in your hands, so the text is quite difficult to readAnd the number of cars with big screens is getting bigger and bigger...Your player still has one of the best designs among all, but it will simply be unattainable in terms of convenience and appearance

In the past, the search function in playlists acted as a filter.  If you went to a playlist on mobile and searched for an artist and hit play it would only cue songs on the playlist that included the search term.  This is normally how I listen to my favorite tracks by an artist and I do this often. I was doing this today and to my horror, it queued up everything in the playlist, not just what hit the search term.  I'm wondering if there is or will be a way to have the old functionality back.  It worked so much better and I hated it when Spotify made the same change years ago, to the point that it was one of the main contributing factors that drove me to Deezer. I'm sure I'm not the only person who liked it that way either.  Thank you.

hi. my podcast got a duplicate and i need help with removing the irrelevant show. link to duplicate podcast to remove -

deezer automatically removes artists from favorites. yesterday there were 1150 artists and today 1133. wtf?

Just wanted to convey my thanks to the Deezer and Innuos teams respectively for Deezer’s integration into Innuos’s Sense app. Sound quality is awesome on Innuos streamers with Deezer. Thanks again!
