I am new to Deezer and it's been great but for 1 or 2 things. I need to be able to put songs on queue at any time I want. This is like a basic function that should be there from the beginning.
Another thing is that if I play a song, STOP. I do not want your recommendations. If I look for a song, I want to listen to that and period. If I want you to play things automatically, then I'd happily go to Flow, otherwise is so wrong.
Why am I not able to put songs on Queue but you are able to stuff random songs that I don't care about?
You cannot claim that this is by design, if it is, then change it! Give us an option, give us an option to turn all of that off or to turn it on, is that simple. Just give us a choice before we choose for you and switch to a different service.
You saying this is by design sounds more like laziness. This is like Disney saying "Oh no totally, the Star Wars sequels turned out peeerfect. Those are not mistakes, that's what we wanted to do."
Look, maybe it's not the best example but again, please just fix it or simply give us the choice. I guarantee that if you do, you'll even sell more subscriptions. Just hear to what the user wants. You are in prime time to capitalize on Spotify errors and deal the killing blow! Just for the love of God, GIVE US BASIC PLAYBACK CONTROLS, we want full control over what we are listening to, if you want to suggest things to us based on what we play, cool! Make it a feature that we can decide if we use it or not. Otherwise it feels like Deezer is still living in 2010 or something. Don't try to be the hipster music service, instead be the reliable and user friendly music service that gives us what we need.
