I’m Leo, one half of the duo Do/se.

Our debug single was mixed up with another artist page called "Dose", and because of that, we cant signup for an artist page on Deezer. Our distributor actually released as “Dose”, but since there are already other pages with this name, we changed to Do/se. If this modification is doable in your platform, it would be very much appreciated :)

We are releasing our single Desapego today at 9pm (BRT) here in Brazil, and it would be amazing if we could share our deezer page linked to the right artist, with our photos and press content :)

I've spoken to our teams and all we can do right now is to create another artist page and put your release there, for the time being (so that it isn't mixed with another artist). Because your distributor released as Dose, we need them to redeliver the content to us under the right name.

Hi, this album https://deezer.page.link/59iaqgsC9s1vkhpE6 was released by our band called Bonzo, which is different from the band under which is listed now, called bonzo. Could you please separate the artists? Also, how do I claim the artist profile after it has been separated from the other band? BTW, I just sent a report that the album was not recorded by that artist, meaning the artist under which it is listed now. Thanks in advance!

I registered my artist profile, which is Beat Therapy - https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/492668 and I have 14 songs/eps from another artist with the same name on my page.

Can someone please do something to separate our two accounts, or tell me what I should do?

My releases are:  

1. Save Me (Original Mix)
2. Our Love (Original Mix)
3. Boom
4. Boom (Original Mix)

The releases that should be taken down from my artist profile are the songs circled in red:

The songs are sent by your distributors and automatically added to the catalogue - we don't manually assign them, so rest assured this was an automated mistake! I've passed it on, it should be sorted soon!

I’ve tried to fix the problem with DistroKid but nothing has been done so here I am.

I don’t have any artist’s profil because all of my song have been released on this Shifty’s profil :https://www.deezer.com/fr/artist/6677

I would like to have my own artist’s profile with the name “Shifty “ where my song can be released,  because right now it’s quite confusing for the listeners.

There is an artist, “Shades of Green”, that has just uploaded several singles, which can be found here: https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/82345222. On this page is an unrelated album, “Transitions”, uploaded in 2019 by an unrelated (but evidently similarly named) artist. The 2019 album and the 2021 singles should be listed under different artists. Thank you.
