To all independent artists!
The playlist on our home page is dedicated to you,

Hi there,
Okay my stage name is Malon. My distributor is Amuse. I have two tracks under an artist page Malon. I've requested the access/ownership to that page but I would want to have my own separate page and grow on it.
I've only uploaded 2 songs but there a many which don't belong. Circled are my uploads.
Hello @WolfyMozart, the EP Elements is already on the page: 655713
Do you need a new artist page?
Yes please! My name is David Singer, but the one who is written on the EP is not me, haha. =)
Hi, I was here a few months back but I’m back because there’s been more tracks that aren’t mine added onto my profile, I’m pretty sure two of them just made it back on that I had specifically asked to be removed before. My artist profile is https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/503481
I need the below tracks to be removed from my profile please:
I just wanted to let you know Spanish (Asturian) folk duo Baxel seems to have been added to the profile of a Russian artist called BaXeL. As you can see in the screenshot:
I have to fix this problem: my first album “Il sentiero” has been added to the wrong artist page, my distributer is distrokid. Please, may you create a page for me, named Alessandro Gilardi? Then I will ask for the account for creators and customize my profile.
The album is:
There’s another musician named Alessandro Gilardi, just like me, and this album now is in his list of albums.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Omg @enemyc thank you so much! You are amazing!
All cleared
Hi Yula, thanks for do it so quickly! It's a good start, but some albums are associated with the wrong artists. Here is the correct list for each artist's profile you've been created:
Hi, continuing to organise my playlists I found that "Plush" have multiple artists mixed up in different profiles and some albums with incorrect links. I did some research and I believe there are 10 distinct artists, listed below. One artist profile is empty.
has been put under "Monosleep" an artist that isn't me.
Can you create a separate profile for monosleep?
The artist page of Will Johnson has albums mixed up from 2 artists by the same name.
Albums that do belong to the Will Johnson of the profile picture:
Vultures Await
Molina and Johnson
New Multitudes
Wire Mountain
El Capitan
Albums belonging to an entirely different artist:
This old town
An evening at skidmore
Silver Lining
Daylight Ghosts
Burning Neon
Sonic Truffles
Santa Ines
The singles are an equal mix-up of wrong and right.
I stumbled upon this while comparing Spotify with Deezer, thinking to switch over. The Deezer interface is vastly superior to Spotify and fixes all the annoyances I experience there, but if you can’t even tell albums apart from artists just cos they have the same name, I wonder how you are ever going to manage to give proper recommendations? And I’ll end up listening to albums by other people when I shuffle an artists discography… It seems a strange approach anyway to solely base yourself on metadata to link music to an artist, while the internet is full of open sources describing discographies for an artist.
Ah, and the third artist I checked has a similar problem: The Dodos have not released an album called Cheap Thrills, it’s also by an entirely different band that happens to have the same name.
Hello @Official Giovanni
Thank you for reporting this to us. Can you send us the URL of your artist profile on Deezer and also the URL’s of the releases that don’t belong to you?
Thanks! :)
Hello @Jason Rodriguez
The wrong releases have been removed from your profile
