Deezer For Creators

Hi there,

I had previously received access to my artist page, where I could add recommended playlists, or album.

However, that no longer happens all of the sudden. At my artist Editor I get the message: “This artist is not in your catalog”, though I am logging in with my credentials and can see all of my stats.

Please tell me, is this normal or can anything be done about this? I am looking forward to your reply.

I would love to have the option back to recommend m listeners my favorite/best work.

Thanks @Jaime. So I probably signed in with one of my artists as artist PANTANITO and would like to delete this account in order to open a new one as manager and add all of my artists. (Or can you help me change the existing account?)

@Afuerenyo Music are all these artists under the same label and you manage the label, or you just manage them?
Can you please confirm that the Artist page where you requested access and was approved is https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/115397
