Hi, i am an artist i post my music through tunecore. I would like to link my account or at least change a cover photo. How can i do it? thank you

Meanwhile you can send me the URL on Deezer for your artist page and the profile picture you would like to add an I am happy to do it for you.

“We're just letting you know that we've received your completed request access form on Backstage, and we are currently taking care of your request.” it didn’t give me a log in and when I try my email/etc to log in, it doesn’t work…. Ehmm help?

Hi @Racing Shy Now you’ll have to wait for the Backstage team to approve request and give you full access to your profile. Due to high number of requests this might take between 3-4 weeks.

I requested my backstage access since last may, and I still received nothing,

Anyone having same issue ? What else can I do than contacting backstage@deezer.com ?
I also tried instagram messaging.
