Require API auth to login again

I was in the middle of adding songs to my playlist when I automatically logged out of Deezer. I tried logging back in and it is saying "Require API auth". I already tried re-installing the app and it still does the same thing. Please help.

Sorry that's happened. I've had a look at your account and performed some due maintenance and also sent you a password reset email. Please try changing your password and logging in again. Let me know if it helps 👍🏼
I’m having the same problem. Thought at first it was because I was trying to play Deezer through car but I can’t log on at home either

Sorry that's the case. I've carried out maintenance in your account and sent a password reset email. Let me know if the issue persists.
I found that if I logged on using my desktop computer I could access my account and after that my mobil account worked too. It's a nuisance to have to do that as I mostly use my Deezer account when I'm on the move.

No, as it was working I haven't reset the password.

I changed phone and get this error everything I try logging in! Can you help?

Sorry about that. Could you try that once more? Please avoid logging in with FB or Google (in case you do), but do it directly with your email address and changed password. Please also reinstall the app to the latest version before doing that 😉 let me know if it works!

I have the same problem, my account is linked to facebook, please help me log in again

Hi @Ana Teresa Verduzco I just unlinked your Deezer account from Facebook. Please log in with your Deezer email address and your Deezer password. :wink:

from which device are you having this problem? 

It is on my android phone, but, actually, I uninstalled the app and installed it again and it started working. YAY!

Having the same problem. Deezer app gives api ayth error. Desktop version works fine. (Android phone)

It may read, "Error: Failed to play" or "The requested content is not being loaded." When it comes to technical difficulties, the answer can be as simple as turning your phone off and on again. It's also worth logging out and back into your account because this can help resolve most connection issues.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my frustration with the Deezer app. I was happily adding songs to my playlist when suddenly I got automatically logged out. And now, when I try to log back in, it keeps saying "Require API auth." I've even gone the extra mile of reinstalling the app, but unfortunately, that didn't solve the issue.

I'm really hoping someone here can help me out with this problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar login issue with Deezer? Maybe there's a workaround or a solution that I haven't tried yet. I rely on Deezer to keep my music collection organized, so it's quite frustrating to be locked out like this.

the version of the app? Send a pic of what you see as well if possible? Thanks! 

Hoi ik kan niet meer op deezer inloggen, ze vragen een api API-authenticatie geen idee wat ik moet doen nu. Heb een premium abonnement  bij deezer via t mobile.

I keep having the same problem on my mobile device, the service keeps telling me i need api authorisation. Re-installing the application doesn't fix the issue either.
