Unfortunately i am experiencing this problem to, tried everything that the troubleshooter said, it helped for like a few hours but after that i got the same message, also when i cleared my cache the deezer widget disappeared from my phone.

I also noticed that this problem happend after i got the last security update on my samsung galaxy xcover 4s, running android 11 with the May security patch on it.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same problem, I have deleted the smart cache and done everything above but nothing has been successful. What should I do?

What kind of device and Android OS version do you use?

Deezer App version also is interesting.

I am a first time Deezer user and have had no luck what so ever getting a single song to play. Keeps stating loading almost there and nothing also have an android phone. Has there been a resolution to this problem?

Same Problem, also on a Samsung Xcover 4s -up to date. @deezer fix?

Same problem on my Galaxy A51 with Android 13.

For those having this problem, are you using an SD card to store the app or its data?

the app is on the phone's internal memory, not on the SD card.

@Nikosleov_2 Could you please try the following steps one by one and test if it works after each step?

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Please let me know if that works.

@Jaime.  I share my deezer account with my dad. It has been working until a few months ago and haven’t been able to use it since. I have tried all the steps above (expect the clearing data as does this delete songs playlists which have been created?) I wonder does the storage make a difference?

I have Android 11.

Just to say when you first re-install the app it works but only if you don’t go off app as soon as you go off and back on it continues with the loading sign.

First of all a single user  premium account isn’t designed to work with sharing it. Everytime you are streaming music and your dad will start a stream at the same time, this will kick you out.
But in this case you would see an error message telling you that another device is using the account.
Clearing the cache doesn’t affect your playlist or favorites. They are kept to your account. Just the downloaded and cached contend will be deleted from the device memory. Reinstalling the app does the same.
So if a reinstall doesn’t solve the problem permanently for you, there could be a general problem with your device and the deezer app. Have you done all android updates for your device? Do you use the official deezer app from google play store?

I suggest to contact the support team by using the write a request option. Please give as many detailed information as possible.

I’m also having this problem on my car’s Android Head Unit. Works really well on my PC, and also on my android phone

@Superschlumpf

Hello we have a family account so that’s not the problem.

I have cleared the cache I was asking about clearing the data? as there are two options.

I have reinstalled as said above that doesn’t solve the problem. My device software is up to date and yes I use official deezer app from google store.

How do I contact the support team?

Thank You

Amy

Unfortunately, after the last update, many functions did not work properly, so I was advised to clear the data and, preferably, reinstall the applications with a new one. Since then, when I set the recording to the SD card, after 5-10 songs, the endless message "wait a moment" appears, I also checked the application settings and there is still 0 MB despite the 11 GB setting. After switching to internal memory, everything works normally.
