Downgrade to Deezer version 6.2.22.1 from here Deezer Old Versions (All versions) - AndroidAPKsFree
Latest two updates are causing this issue of constant loading and not playing.
Even the next beta 6.2.24 still has this issue on android
The issue is still here... But I found I've disabled storage permission, so that might be the reason

Hi, if you are still facing this problem then you should clear your cache. If you clear your cache, then it will probably help you. By using this source, you will not face this problem anymore.

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?
- make sure you're connected to a wifi network
- uninstall Deezer
- clean your phone's cache
- remove the SD card (if applicable)
- turn off your phone
- reinstall Deezer
- open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
- reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Thank you I managed to solve it yesterday after speaking to team.
I uninstalled deezer on my phone then cleared the phones cache data then removed SD card then reinstalled deezer downloaded an album then played music re-inserted the SD card and now seems to be solved.

Know this is not the best solution, but when i changed my phone loading problems stopped

Unfortunately, after the last update, many functions did not work properly, so I was advised to clear the data and, preferably, reinstall the applications with a new one. Since then, when I set the recording to the SD card, after 5-10 songs, the endless message "wait a moment" appears, I also checked the application settings and there is still 0 MB despite the 11 GB setting. After switching to internal memory, everything works normally.
Same problem, tried everything, after the latest update, it stopped loading songs, but I can still listen to content on the Shows Tab.

i have the same problem on my android version 5.1.1. Can not play any music. Tried the clear cache, re install and download full album methods already.
Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same problem, I have deleted the smart cache and done everything above but nothing has been successful. What should I do?
