The link works, there is chat available when working hours, otherwise on the top

I've been wanting to close my account permanently but I can't seem to get it done. I just changed my password because people keep on hacking my account.  How can I get completely deleted

with web version:

go to https://www.deezer.com/account/

→ Scroll all the way down → Click on Delete my account

 

with smartphone app:

Tab Music → settings (gear wheel at top right) → Account management → Manage my account → Delete my account

I pay for 1 year , i subscription should end in May 2023. In suprise to day  they said my country haiti is now listed, i can’t use Deezer anymore. So i would like to ask why they took my money. ? I need help plz

@dee_dirk  i can’t my friend because my country is not listed on the form, then i can’t complete the message i would like to send to them. I should have and email or order form of communication.

My payment was cancellend for my Deezer Family account, so now it is Deezer Free.

I already paid it per Ideal yesterday, but it still only gevestigd me Deezer Free. When will my account be set back to Deezer Family?

The Deezer Community account has been deleted now.

Regarding your subscription, the current payment on your Deezer account with the email ch****@gmail.com is 10.99 EUR. If you were charged 12.99 EUR, it might be associated with a different Deezer account.

Therefore, I recommend that you contact our customer support here and provide them with a screenshot of your invoice for further assistance.
