Why does my flow isn't endless?

The whole premise of Flow is that it's an endless suggestion of songs, part from my favourites and part from the whole catalogue of likely songs that I might like.

However, it's not endless, not even remotely and it turned into the feature I disliked in Spotify which made me choose Deezer over it in the first place, and that it has an end and basically turned into a playlist.

I many times find myself having to force stop the app amd re-running flow, many times it starts playing new songs but I'm other times, it just start the "playlist" from the beginning and plays the same songs as the previous run in the same order and ends in the same place too. I'm that case, I need to delete the app's cache and data amd basically reset it so I could get a new flow.

It wasn't like this 1 or 2 years ago and it really bugs me because this is the feature that really made me stay with Deezer and not choose Spotify.

Hi, our devs have pushed a permanent fix for this problem which will be available on the next version of the Deezer app. The majority of users will be eligible for the update next week on the versions 9.3 for android users.
Thanks for your patience

Hi @Ice_machinE there is a current problem under investigation where Flow stops after 15-20 songs and then it starts playing again the same tracks.
Thanks for your patience and understanding while our devs find a permanent fix.

Thank you, I hope it'll get fixed quick, it's very annoying and the fact that it doesn't happen on web is even more annoying.

Hi @Jaime.Deezer

This issue has been opened since 20 days, and the problem is older than that.
This is still happening, and I concur with @Ice_machinE this is terribly annoying.

What is the latest on the bug fix?

@Jaime.Deezer this issue is month old… I can’t believe that it is still under investigation at this time.
It was working before, reverting the changes should have been done already.

This is very disappointing. It looks like Deezer want us to move to Spotify by not doing anything...

I have the same problem here, my Flow isn't endless anymore.

After a couple of musics it's stops as if it was a limited playlist. After that, I can't "renew" my flow with other songs, I only have the option to start over again, this is very frustrating because the endless flow is the main reason that I use Deezer over other options

For those who can’t seem to renew their flow, just switch the mood back and forth, it will start a new playlist. It’s a quickfix while Deezer’s team works on a permanent fix.

On a side note, I happen to run into this problem only on my phone, the desktop app seems to be working just fine.

I don’t if it is already fixed, but Flow works at my end; iPhone, iPad, Windows 11 app and Android. 👍😀
