Signed up with the wrong Email

I used the wrong emails to setup my account. An email that isn't even mine. I still pay monthly, and have been for over 4 years but how can I retrieve and or correct my account when the option for Login with phone number isn't there?

how can I change the email on my account if I don't have access to it?
