So the last three weeks my flow has been off kilter. It looks like one genre of music keeps popping up that I don't like and despite unliking them consistently they keep popping up. I've gone through my favourites to see if anything there could be the culprit but I just can't find it.

Is there a way to see what songs made Flow think I'd like that song. Then I can unlike that from my favourites.

Thank you in advance.

Keep skipping the tracks as this input will help not getting them recommended again @AVXlnce what do you mean you can’t block them? Aren’t you using the feature we discussed before? “Do not recommend this track again”

There is no “Do not recommend this track again”   Add to Favorites, Remove from Favorite Tracks, Crossfade and Sleep Timer.

I cannot even guess as to how many times I have unliked these tracks, sometimes as many as 4-5 times a day.  It’s almost as if it’s a game to you.  Oh, he unliked this song.  Let’s play every song ever done by that artist.  Sometimes the very next song is again by that artist.

Apologies you feel that way @AVXlnce do you have the angry face button? If yes, try that one. If you don't, please send me a screenshot of your player.

I hope this helps.

of the last  songs have been songs by Magma that I have previously unliked MULTIPLE TIMES.  Not a game?

I’ve disliked this song/group literally dozens of times and it just keeps coming back.

Ange, Orme, Magma.  CANNOT make them go away.

Skipped to the next song but it was MAGMA that I unliked AGAIN.  You can see the “OK, we won’t recommend this song again” but that has no impact.

Cannot make Magma go away

Ok @AVXlnce

So you're not using a Deezer app, but the Sonos control app. So it isn't a bug, but a feature which is lacking.

Rest assured, the solution for this is in the making. Our teams have been working on a Sonos revamp for their app, and we're taking huge strides to get it done. Please hang in there and in the meantime, please use the Deezer mobile app to "do not recommend this track" for the tracks in question :relaxed:

Your team has allegedly been working on this fix for well over a year now.  And if I’m listening on Sonos I can’t use the Deezer app to stop the annoying songs.  I’ve reached out to Sonos on this as well.  My patience is running thin.

I’ve gone to the Deezer app and told it to not recommend these artists.  Will this carry over to Sonos as well?

Apparently not.  Magma just came up again.

It shouldn't show up on your recommendations @AVXlnce so I recommend refreshing your Sonos by logging out, waiting a few minutes, then logging back in.If Magma shows up, then let me know.

And yes, we've been working (not on a fix) but on a revamped Sonos experience since last year - and the results will be hopefully better than we expect - worth your wait!

This is because we actually have a partnership with them, which makes things different. Waiting for an update on the release date, and once it's here, I'll be sharing it with you straight-away, I promise :thumbsup_tone2:

I’ve logged out several times in the past few weeks.  Still can’t get Magma, Orme and Ange to go away.  I don’t know why I cannot tailor my music to meet my tastes.  Extremely frustrated here.

I've had a chat with our devs and the way you should get this to work is by using the option 'do not recommend this artist' from one of our apps. It should then reflect on the Sonos one when you're playing Flow. @AVXlnce

You mentioned you're unable to do this - I wonder, even from a desktop on browser?

Android Phone, iPad, laptop, cannot make the offending music go away.  I’ve tried to go straight to Deezer and do not recommend this artist but the artists still play when using Sonos which is what I use when I am in my office during the day.  It is not an issue when streaming direct from Deezer to my vehicles.

Thanks a lot for this confirmation @AVXlnce

I've passed it on and will wait for more info so that I can share it with you. It's a bit odd, I must say. If you're not getting the same artists when listening to Flow in the car or the phone, we need to dig deeper with the Sonos.

I agree, it’s odd.  The playlists aren’t even near the same.  If I play Mix-Robert Fripp with Sonos I get completely different artists and songs with Robert Fripp Mix in my vehicle coming straight from the Deezer app.  Still get logged off if I use Android Auto, though.  It’s as if you don’t want to play nicely with others.

Funnily enough, the reason why we're revamping our Sonos integration is because we like them a lot @AVXlnce

Please don't take offense but have you checked your credentials to see if you're not logged under a duplicate account? I say this because I'd like to leave no stone unturned while our devs can come up with a suggestion.

Only 1 account.  Credentials are correct.

Today I had enough of Masterboy on my FLOW. From 90’s.

I needed to ban the whole artist.

Now it means also I won’t here LEGIT dj version of Masterboy songs like:

Now I am happy, these tracks on playlists and no more Masterboy in my FLOW. I hope…

This is good about Deezer, you can make FLOW yours… just ban them all.

Hey, @AVXlnce bug report ticket created with all the info you provided. It's hard to determine an ETA for the solution, but we're looking into it :thumbsup_tone2:

Thank you.  In the mean time I’ll just keep unliking these annoying performers.
