missing music


Why is my music missing on one of my phones? I had been trying to open my account on an old phone, had all sorts of problems resetting passwords. l can get all my music on a different phone. On this phone, l keep re-installing deezer app but my music isn't there (except for 1 album). Can you help?

What kind of Phone and OS (including the version) is it exactly you‘re having the problems?

And which version of the Deezer App is installed?

Samsung A71, don’t know OS, latest version of Deezer app as l've uninstalled & reinstalled 3 times

Your favorites are linked to your account. So if they aren’t not visible on one of your phones, i suggest to check your account info on this phone. May be you are logged in there with a different account you used in the past. 

Checked account info, had to re-subscribe so l did, but still no music. Am also concerned that l might be billed twice. I was also asked for 2nd credit card info but l only have the one, so that didn't work either.

Have sorted out my missing music. Now l'm not sure what to do about inadvertently setting up a second account. The 1st 3 months are free but l don't want to be charged twice in September. How do l cancel it?

Just go to account settings when logged in and cancel the subscription. It will automatically end and change your account to free at the end of the 3 month trial.
