There are a number of good, free playlist convertors available on the web. Pick one and try it out. Google's your friend here...
What app do you want to transfer your playlist to? Well, there are many online tools on the website, like Soundiiz, TunemyMusic, etc. Personally, I prefer to download my playlists as local files onto my computer and then transfer them into other apps. You know, always I import the songs into iMovie for editing. The tool I use is DeeKeep.
