can't download podcasts

I’ve signed up to a different provider given up on deezer

Me uno al reclamo de los otros usuarios. Me molesta que no se pueda descargar podcast. Hay sitios sin acceso a Internet y era lo mejor. ¿ Van a solucionar el problema? No hay respuestas claras de parte de Deezer. 

Why can’t I download my usual podcast as it says deactivated downloads

Has there been any update on this topic?  Are Deezer going to reintroduce podcast downloads?  Need some transparency here as to what's going on and why.  Customers deserve to know.

To underline this issue, also from me reporting the issue. After a New Android phone downloading podcasts is no longer possible. Amd this goes for ALL podcast i select! Being a Premium member this is a shame!!

​@Jaime.Deezer pls have this fixed in your next Sprint. Because my feeling is you will loose a lot of clients if you dont have a solution soon.... :((

I have a similar problem. The only reason I have a subscription is to download the NPR All Songs Considered podcast.

It is now no longer available to download.  

I can't see any decent explanation from Deezer as to why this is, or if it's a permanent thing. I'm reluctant to switch to a different provider, but may have to if Deezer no longer supports podcast downloads.

I use android devices and am having buffering issues with podcasts. Nor am I able to download podcast. It is exasperating that there has been such a decline in app functionality. I am on the verge of cancelling my subscription if the situation improves soon.

I’ve gone through a few threads of this same topic now trying to find if this is being worked on? I’m new to Deezer and this is driving me back to Spotify.

Hi ​@Timmit ​@Jay me! I apologize, but Deezer is unable to provide offline access for some podcasts.

However, you can still stream all podcasts as long as you’re connected to the internet.

Please note that different podcasts have varying restrictions, often due to regional limitations we must follow.

Funny because you used to allow podcast downloads and now you don’t but haven’t told your customers that you were doing this.  I’ve left and probably many more too, I’m not connected to WiFi all the time so Deezer can’t meet my needs anymore.
