Album keep switching to my Flow.

I select an album recommended to me and when I listen to it, it keeps switching to my flow. The change in pace is kind of spoiling my workouts.

Is there a way to fix it?

Your watch has overruled the iPhone. There you must have last started Flow.
I've had this phenomenon before and had to start the desired playlist on the iPhone several times before the watch finally realized that it should be silent.
It helps to uninstall and reinstall the watch app. 🙂

Which device are you having the problem with?
I guess: iPhone in combination with Apple Watch?

Yes iPhone with Apple Watch. But I would literally be sitting still and it would switch mid song to my flow. I figured it was the app.

@dee_dirk thanks big dog. It was the watch. As soon as I took it off it stopped doing that.
