Hi,
My family plan has come to an end and my family members would like to access their list of favourite artists, tracks and playlists. Can this be done with an inactive subscription?

If you cancel your Deezer Family plan, your account will revert to Deezer Free and all Profiles will be suspended. Independent accounts will revert back to Deezer Free, keeping all their favorites, playlists and recommendations (except downloaded content). Once they've reverted back, they have the possibility to switch to any Deezer plan to access playlists, music on demand and offline listening.

Thanks Nina. When you say ‘Independent accounts’ that’s not family members? My son, for example, signed in using my credentials and set up a profile but he doesn’t have an account so won’t have Deezer Free?

+14In Deezer Family plan there is 1 admin and few other members . Admin can added them in family plan with Independent accounts (with their own email and password )or as Profiles . If you was add them with Independent account ,then will be revert back to Deezer Free .
