Invitation Deezer family


Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I recently ordered a Deezer family account. I shared the link with my family. My brother had no problem opening it. My father has a problem. He received a message telling that he needs to be in the same country as mine. We both live in France and we can't find a solution to fix this problem.

Can you help us with that please?

All members of a Deezer Family plan must reside in the same country and often, also in the same household. This is a requirement to comply with Deezer's terms and conditions.
In addition to the country restriction, Deezer generally requires all family members to live at the same address. This is to prevent the plan from being used by individuals who are not part of the same household.

I'm afraid I have to disagree with your statement.

In fact, my brother, my father and I are from the same family and have the same family name. I helped my father with the creation of his account at the same household, using the same internet connection. 

In addition, my brother who had no problem creating his account did it from an overseas territory. 

Could you please help us with this country restrictions?
