unable to play songs etc.


When I select song to play, text appears: 'you're almost there. Please wait a few seconds'.

However, song never starts playing.

Care to share more details on the version of Deezer you’re running and if it’s beta or stable?

The kind of device too, mobile or tablet etc..?

I’ll assume you’re on an Android Mobile, having all latest OS updates installed and running the latest Stable version of Deezer - I’d then suggest you try:

  1. Go to Phone Settings > Apps > Deezer > Clear Data
  2. Open Deezer and log back in and see if that solves the problem
  3. If not, uninstall Deezer, reboot your phone then Install Deezer and log back in and try again.

That should almost always solve your problem, if not please write back to us here. 😊
