Hi all,

We have given free Premium to support existing account holders in the Ukraine, but this does not apply to newly created accounts.

While we currently cannot assist newly created accounts, we are aware of the concern and continue to look at ways to support the Ukranian people.

Hi there. I live in Ukraine, and all my friends and acquaintances received a free premium subscription, but for some reason I did not. Help please.

Hi! I am writing to ask about free premium subscription on Deezer for Ukrainian people.
I live in Ukraine and I have heard from Tik Tok that Deezer gives free premium subscription for people who live in Ukraine during this hard time, is it true? If it is true, how can I get the subscription? I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
By the way, thanks for your amazing app!
