Hi. I had a student subscription to deezer but the last payment didn’t work because I changed my credit card. Now I can’t restore my offer, it asking to change the informations for the card but don’t propose the offer anymore.

    To restore a failed Deezer Student payment after changing your credit card, you must wait for your account to revert to the Free status, update your payment details, and then re-verify your student status through UNiDAYS or the student verification partner SheerID.


    Steps to Resolve the Issue

    - Wait for Free status: If a payment fails repeatedly, your account automatically moves to Deezer Free after a couple of refusals.

     - Update payment details: Go to your account profile, open Settings, select Plan management or Subscription details & invoices, and update your credit card information.

    - Re-verify your student offer: Visit the Deezer Student Offers Page and go through the student verification process again to re-apply the discount.
