Not receiving password reset email

Tried several times to generate PW reset code. No email (6digit code). No, it hasn't gone to spam. Yes, email acc is working fine. Help please.

I do have the samme problem, I do not recieve any mail then i try to get a new password, and can’t even not make a subscribtion.
