Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??
My account has also been hacked it says its being used on another device and keeps kicking me out! I had load of music saved that was not mine so I removed it all!...
I have changed my password but that has not helped!

Mine keeps telling me another account is using it and only one at a time can but then I check devices and it’s only one linked.
I got exactly the same problem. It’s clearly impossible to listen some music as it stops every minute …
i try to do what you said:
- check my devices and I have only my phone connected
- and chose a new password.
the problem is still here ….

I have killed session in all devices where the account could be open and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password.

I have the same issue as many others have reported. This is really worrying and Deezer should improve the security options for users.
I have already changed my password, but it is still happening. Please logout all other sessions on my account that could be active somewhere.

Same with me, someone has been using my account but I don't know who. On my recently played list, there are these songs that I've never listen to. I've reset my password but it keeps on happening.
If you could logout from all devices or try and fix the problem that would be great.

My account stops every 5mn, informing me that I can't use the same Deezer account on 2 devices at same time... Which of course is not the case.

This is happening to me too. And then someone managed to change my password today! Contacted support and aside from them making me prove that I have a subscription, haven't received any help at all.

This is affecting my account. It's exceptionally frustrating. It seems this has been going on for a while, and I would urge your engineering team to look at this as a high priority issue, because otherwise you're going to start losing users.
I love deezer as a platform, with massive innovation, but you need to consider your operations and your customer happiness as upmost importance.

I was listening to my music then it stopped with a pop up message saying that someone else is using my account. My devices being shown are my two phones and my email address hasn't been changed. I changed my password and logged out of both devices and after a few minutes I logged back in and they're still listening to songs that's not on my playlists. Please help.
