Hi @Pierre.Poirier I have killed session in all devices where the account could be open and I sent you a password request link to your email. I know you already reset tour password. However, in order for this to help please click on the link and enter a new password one more time.
That should fix the problem :relaxed:

Hi @i_Helen_i I have done the same maintenance in your account I did with other users with the same issue. Please check your email and click on the password reset link I sent you. Create a new password for your account and login again.

Changed password + email adress and removed all connected devices but i still can’t use my account.

It seems i can’t do anything about someone else using my account. Is there a way to stop that as soon as possible ? I saw this isn’t something new with Deezer but for some reason it keeps happening.

I hope this issue will be solved fast. I don’t intend to pay a subscription for someone else.

 

Hi @Donizete Beck @Sarah-Moon I have unlinked devices from the account and closed session in all devices where your Deezer account could be opened. I have also sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Could you follow those steps and then inform me if the problem persists?

I don’t think you can do that at the moment but is a good idea to suggest in “request a feature”.
What you can do is to follow the steps in the following article in the community:

I removed all devices (down to 0 devices) re-logged into my account from my iPhone and MacBook Pro but still get the same message.

 

I’m paying £17.99 for a family account but I’m told that I cannot play anything. Ennoying.

Hi, every time I try to use my Deezer I receive a message saying someone else is using it, which is strange in my account settings it shows only my phone link to my Deezer, I changed my password and my email and still it remains the same. Also my playlist has been tampered with, I need a solution ASAP. Thank you

Please click on that link and proceed to reset your password. After that login again.
That should fix the problem.

I’ve been using Deezer for years with very little problems, today I’ve had a reoccuring notification pop up “Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page”

My account is only linked to my PC and phone.

I’ve changed my password but it’s still happening.

 

Is there a way I can track or check which device / or IP address is using my account?

For the past 5 days I have received a msg saying that the app is being used on a different device which is not. It is quite annoying as I can not listen to one whole music without being interrupted by this msg. Please help!

I've noticed that I'm getting some weird music in my flow and recently played lists. All the artist and album names look made up, and it's all just instrumental music of various genres that I'm certain I've never listened to (nor would I want to). Is there some way to reset my account so I can get rid of this?

Im having the same problem keeps saying  my account is in listening mode because its being used on another device even though thats not possible

I’ve also reset my password and checked the connected device; however, I still have songs I haven’t heard in my recently played list. Please kill the session of my account too.

As a first step I suggest you will change your password by using the link below :

https://www.deezer.com/password/reset

Also follow the instructions below to check if any other old devices are registered with your account and remove them :

  1. Navigate to www.deezer.com
  2. Find your profile image in the upper right corner and click on it
  3. Choose "Account settings"
  4. Choose "My connected devices"
  5. Check if you have any old devices there . If you do , choose "Unpair"
  6. Try log in to your account in the relevant device again

I have the same problem too.

i have noticed there is some music I’ve never listen before shown in my Recently played list.

I guess someone else stoled my account and is using it to listen this kind of music,

I’ve resetted my password today, 

I have two devices connected

I'm having the same issue - every time a song ends I get this error even tho the only linked device is my phone which isn't using Deezer. Can you please reset all my logins? (Its insane a user can't do this themselves...)
