Same problem for me!

And I see some tracks that I never listened in my history… I changed my password and updated the apps on my phone, but still the same! That’s make me crazy!

I’ve made some adjustments in your account and also sent you a password reset link.
Please click on that link, proceed to change your password and login again.
That should fix the problem :)

Same issue for me.  Is there any way to contact support?  I updated my password on Deezer and the associated email account.  So far the issue isn’t back yet.  Cautiously optimistic.

i received that from 2weeks ago,

i don’t have any other devices  (from my side) connected in the same time.

why is still like that? I can’t listen !! I’m customer from now 15years and it’s the first time like that! 
it’s not possible, 

and I would like to change my mail adress, how can i do that? 
to make a refresh about my mail and. Passe word…

i also got the same issue , and Songs in my Playlist I have Never heard 

I also changed password to a strong provided by iOS and still somebody seems to use my account

i now also changed email. But this is ridiculous!!

seems Deezer has a big security issue

 

ill better switch wo Apple Music or Spotify

Good Day,  i would like to know if this suddenly pausing in my account while im playing is a bug or there is actually using my account. i try to check if there is something like all history of my browser and phone logins. Is using VPN can also cause issues or my account was compromised?

 

I also change my password recently and try to fix the issue but its still there.

Also please change your password to NEW one. Never use SAME password anywhere else.

Hi to everyone having problems with hacked accounts!
Please check if your email was compromised by going to this site: https://haveibeenpwned.com
It's a great way to see if your email is in some database that was breached. This site only stores email and passwords, they don't want to hack your email, but only to provide information.
If you are not sure that your password is good enough, then go to the passwords section and type a password to see if it was breached or not.
As for the accounts that are having problems despite changing the passwords, there is a hack i think with an ARL token, but i'm sure, that the devs know about this vulnerability. :)

I went to my just heard playlist and found a bunch of songs I’ve never listened to. Is it possible someone hacked into my deezer account? I found a phone I haven’t used in my linked devices and unlinked it and changed the password..but why wasn’t I notified if someone tried to log in from an unknown device and how can I even know if this happens again?
