mijn abonnement doet het niet


Hallo

Mijn abonnement is ineens niet meer .

Steeds zegt de site dat ik free ben en heb al een paarkeer op nieuw ingelogd maar niets help maar daar betaal ik geen 11 eu pm voor

Hi… it’s strange you both have the problem with account from NL at the same time. 🤔 

It could be a technical problem on Deezers side. 
To find out if it’s a payment issue or a technical problem please reach out for the support team as I suggested @dianakoree in her own thread…
