Hello, a friend owning a deezer family account has recently stopped renewing his family subscription. Thru access of the main profile, I have created a private account for my profile, with a new email and password.
This is well but I want to upgrade to a Premium subscription in order to get full control of my Liked playlist. I can’t do this. « Manage account » doesn’t give me any option of subscription.
Also, it does give me the possibility of making the account independent by entering new email and password. Which is weird to me because I have already done that.
seems the profile is still dependent.
how can i solve this problem?
I just want to take my profile and make into a proper independent Premium account.
