How can I request a refund?

Today I woke up to the surprise that I made a purchase of $4.69, but the truth is that I had already canceled my Dezeer Premium subscription a long time ago, I am asking for a refund from Dezeer since the purchase was made automatically despite that I had already canceled my subscription
