I have a family plan and my husband that lives with me is not able to be a member because it says the admin lives in a different country.

 

but me and my husband live together!!!!!

please help me with this!!!

Maybe one account was created using a VPN or in another country, that can happen. 🕵🏻

On that case the best to do is contact our Customer Care Team, they can check the accounts and solve the problem linking your husband’s account to your family account.🙇🏼
