Help


When I created my account it said that I can get a month free of premium so I added my card like it asked and instead of giving me a month free before charging me it just charged me the price. What do I do now?

Can you confirm if you have more than one Deezer account?

Hi @ben.cockerell12, I checked your Deezer account again and noticed that you subscribed via Apple. So, I suggest that you contact the Apple support team to clarify why you were unable to access the respective promotion.
