How do I keep or transfer my favourites when changing from Family to Premium?

    Do you speak for the main account? You don't have to do anything with that. Your favorites are retained even if you switch subscriptions.

    Are you talking about a family profile? This can easily be converted into an independent account. Instructions here: https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360007641517

    Are you talking about an individual family member account? As soon as the family subscription ends, it will be downgraded to deezer free.

    No,I mean when I cancel Family subscription and go Premium,how would my favourites be kept?thanx.

    Your favorites are linked to your account.
    It doesn't matter to your account which subscription you book.

     

    Another question is why do new favourites not download anymore? Thank you

    Can you be more specific? Which device?

    I use an Android Nokia 7.2.

    Ive attached screenshots of favourites that ive downloaded 1472 songs,and screenshots of new songs but dont go green(download).

    OK thanks. There is enough storage.

    Please copy songs that won't download into a new playlist and try to download from there.

    Where do you store your music? Internally or on SD card?

    I store internally as I have enough storage on my phone left.

    I am gonna try and do what you said,but just weird that im having these issues,but thanks for your help.
