Error DF-DFERH-01 / Paid for premium but says I still need to subscribe and pay

I've paid for Deezer premium, and the £11 has come out of my bank but on the app it won't register. When I try to subscribe it comes up with "Error DF-DFERH-01" and tells me to retry but it never works. I've tried logging out, uninstalling the app and restarting the app. Nothing is changing. It's stressing me because I've been charged for it.
