Hi.I left deezer last year due to it being too expensive and today I received an offer of £6.99 for 12 months which is great but when I go to site it has no mention of this.Is this a fake email or new subscribers only. Why was it sent to me?.Thanks

      Most of the users on the community forum are fellow subscribers, and not employees who can access your account. I would suggest that you contact Deezer support, so they can verify the validity of the offer and your eligibility, and get you set up if applicable.

      Hey @Samppa I am sorry to hear that you did not receive this offer.
      What is considered as eligibility? That’s a question that our agents in Deezer Support would be able to respond.
      I don’t have the eligibility T&C’s for this particular offer.

      I decided not to bother asking them too much, I got negative response to my enquiry so I decided I won’t be begging for this offer anymore.
