Hi.I left deezer last year due to it being too expensive and today I received an offer of £6.99 for 12 months which is great but when I go to site it has no mention of this.Is this a fake email or new subscribers only. Why was it sent to me?.Thanks

Most of the users on the community forum are fellow subscribers, and not employees who can access your account. I would suggest that you contact Deezer support, so they can verify the validity of the offer and your eligibility, and get you set up if applicable.

I am the same Jimmi, got offer email but link gives you totally different offers! No £6.99 deal there..

You must check carefully to which email address the offer was sent. You then have to log in with it and the corresponding password. If you take another free account, for example, it doesn't work.
If I click on the link and then log into the account, I get the offer mentioned by email:

Interesting that I wasn’t given this offer as I’ve used Deezer on couple different accounts for many years. I don’t have active subscription and I was told by customer service that I don’t meet the criteria for this offer.  Well, I guess I will look into this again someday.

I decided not to bother asking them too much, I got negative response to my enquiry so I decided I won’t be begging for this offer anymore.
