account status

I had a payment for family subscription go out on 25.03.2022. 

My account is only showing as free status. 

Could you please tell me whats going on. 

I have followed the instructions, but nothing happening .

Me too. I have ended up paying twice now! Still saying free. Could someone please refund my 2nd payment and sort out my account please?

I have the same issue and it came in the middle of listening music??? What is happening 🤬

Same problem, with a family account.

Tried to update Deezer on Android, and a reboot. Both didn't work. Trying to find out if my family have any problems (I have the main account)
