I subscribe to the premium service through my mobile provider. I have opened my app and it has changed from a premium account to a free account. I cant understand how this as happened as i am still paying my subscription to three.

I am having the same problem, I don't understand what's wrong
I am having same problem been paying monthly for premium nearly two years now and worried when the trial runs out they will charge me again ? I am a premium member not wanting a 15 day trial ?
I paid $6.99 for the subscription through cricket wireless and also tried to use a credit card to pay the $9.99 and still having problems
@Red Rarity87 please note that the subscription was cancelled by Cricket on 19/12/2017. If you are still paying for Deezer, please get in touch with Cricket directly so that they activate the subscription again :)



@Marty.Tickner I can't see a mobile provider subscription for your account at all. Have you linked the subscription to your Deezer account already? If so, there might be a second account. Please send us the name of the provider and your mobile number here and we'll check 🙂
I paid for the premium package in January. I had to reformat my device, and can no longer access the account. Can someone help me?

No worries. I've unlinked your Google account and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and use email and password to login directly, not Google. Let me know if you still have any issues 👍🏼

Normally when there is no money in my account I am given a grace period and there is no interruption on my music, however after turning deezer  on this morning and trying to play my music I noticed I have been put on free mode, I never got any warning about payment not being made or was I given any sort of grace period!

Hi everybody, I’ve just a little problem. 
my account expired and then I repay for a month and I still can’t access deezer Premium.

What do I have to do ?


Hi, I logged out of my account and the app to see if it was a bug, then I reconnected.

I was asked again to pay, which I did, and I still don’t have the premium!! I’m being robbed!

can I ´ve got an answer please

This just happened to me. Been paying for Family plan but now it has changed to Free version. Resubscribed but it happened again shortly after. Seems like a common problem. Probably will just go back to Spotify or try another service. Shouldn't have to be stuffed around like this.
