Track Not loading

There is one particular track on one of my play lists that just will not load on my mobile, it used to maybe 2 months ago and it still does on the Samsung TV Deezer app which played it fine last night.

I use an Android OPPO Find X5 Pro with the most up to date Android version. I've tried clearing cache, logging out and in, even deleted and reinstalled the app, but it just won't load.

 Maybe on your mobile this not load if you have battery saver mode enabled on your device. 

Antivirus software can also cause Deezer to stop playing tracks. These features and programs can cause problems with AutoPlay apps or apps playing in the background.

I check track

I cleared the cache and data through the apps tab on the settings in my phone rather than through the app then uninst/reinst just to make sure and boom, whatever was clogging it up unclogged 👍
