Is it possible to access the support ticket created for my request?E.g. I have files I forgot to attach when submitting the request (screenshots, screen recordings etc.).I tried the AI chat on the support page, It asked about what I want to add to the existing ticket, but there were no possibility to send files to it, so I typed “a screen recording”, it just said “thanks, our team will get back to you” and ended the conversation.I’m sure the support team will provide the way to send files to them but it will take addtional time while they will get to my request and reply me.
