To say I am disappointed is an understatement. You have advised me a the community that your developers are working on the known Samsung TV app issue for months now. Still nothing is working and whilst we all sit in silence. we are all billed for a service that does not work! Please can you advise all of us an exact date that the app will be repaired by for Samsung TV's?
Same problem here and its frustrating not having any response. Its not a free up. I have a Samsung Smart TV "The Frame" the app opens but when select to play anything. The songs never start. When can we have a solution?? Or do we need to migrate to a different app?
Hey, another month has passed and nothing has happened. My model is Samsung UE49KS7502.
Please assist, I cant access 'my music' from my Samsung Smart TV. All other devices work fine. I have reinstalled app, unlinked account, linked it back, tried again but not winning. I use my TV app the most of all devices. I can sign in and access home page only. Please help
Same problem here. Also, when I select the option “Popular” in the top toolbar, the app freezes and I can’t do anything in it - just close it.
Do you know when this will be fixed?

What I can assure you is that 2021 is the year we're focusing on reliability and connectivity, especially because of the issues you mentioned. Please bear with us, our investment is focused on improving the performance of the experience when listening to Deezer
When is this going to be fixed? The last Deezer update was 12/06/2018 (Samsung TV).
I’m not sure the model of TV is the issue here !
I have the same Samsung tv as last year & Deezer played fine on it last year in Spain.
Previous to that the connection issue was eventually resolved.
However the connection issue occurred again earlier this year on the same tv in my villa in Spain. Nothing else had changed.
The response from Deezer was the same this year as last year. “It’s a technical issue that we are sorting out with Samsung & we are nearly there”
Todate, many months later. Deezer is still trying to fix this issue & after all this time, inconvenience & no reduction in the monthly fee, the connection issue still remains. It’s simply not good enough Deezer !

For me the app loads, but when I start to play music there is no sound and the seeker just stays at 00:00. Been like this since I bought my TV. Other apps on the iPhone and Xbox work fine. :(

I wrote a model in the text above, UE50TU8502UXXH_ Crystal UHD 4K. TV is almost new 2020. Internet is very fast at the cable. The other apps on TV work perfectly. After a few songs sometimes 3, sometimes 10, no rules, reproduction of songs just stop.

Is there an issue with the Deezer Apo for Samsung TV? I tried to reset the tv to factory settings of the TV twice. But at all times, I am able to sign in but that the only thing that I could do. It just loads.... Until I am forced to close the app.
I removed other apps but it is still not working. I have a Deezer Hifi account and my TV is last year's model of giant QLED so I could say it is fairly new. I was away from home for a month and I just realized its not working now.

There haven't been any changes on our side during this reported period - so I wonder if a factory reset could work for you - if Samsung has recently updated the TV's firmware, this could be causing the issue.

So I wanted to jump ship to Deezer because of TIDAL's Tizen app is broken. Turns out Deezer is in no way different as I have this issue as well. So far I tried: 1-) Checking updates 2-) Reboot TV, uninstall the app, reboot TV, install the app, reboot TV and then try using it. And any combination of these. 3-) Signing in with my free account or just trying the demo version. 4-) Tried wired or wireless connections. 5-) Rebooting my modem and/or turning it off/on. 6-) Resetting and setting up my modem AND my TV. 7-) Cleaning out app cache/data. 8-) Tried OpenDNS, Google Public DNS, CloudFlare DNS and my IPS's local and remote DNS's. Like c'mon. TIDAL and Deezer is being ridiculous. It's easy to see why non Hi-Fi peeps prefer Spotify, because it works. It works on a device that Deezer and TIDAL doesn't. I'm immensely disappointed at this. Please, fix this.
